WHAT'S NEW

Starline .38-55 Brass

Starline has developed new standard and long rifle cases for the .38-55.

The standard case is 2.08 inches, while the long is 2.125 inches. Diameter on both cases is the same. The .38-55 case is thin at the mouth, complicating the draw process during production, especially for the long case. Most rifles, both modern and original, will usually accept the longer case. However, shooters who are unsure of which length to use may contact Starline for samples to test.

To make identification easy, the standard case has the trademark Starline headstamp along with ".38-55." The long case is stamped with ".38-55" and "2.125" to signify the length. Starline's .38-55 standard and long are available in packs of 250, 500 and 1,000. Price: from $96.50. Contact Starline, 800/280-6660.
